Is weigh protein is or not. What side effect after 3or 4 month dropping it. I am 65 and want increase upto 78kg pls help. I want to grow by naturally

You can do strength training & eat white of the eggs about 4 per day. Milk should also be part of you diet. Don’t lift heavy weights
