Well balanced nutrient dense small portion sized meals, plenty of water around 2 to 3 litres per day, moderate fiber, moderate plant protein, all variety home cooked foods, consume complex carbs adequately , moderate fat , dairy, milk and milk products, healthy active lifestyle with light exercises, nuts,seeds, dry fruits, sweet potato kheer, roots and tubers etc..good adequate sleep and enough rest, home made sweets etc are all essential to gain weight..
