I want to gain weight. I had Nissen fundoplication surgery which has reduced my stomach size . So I can only eat like 3 chapathis and Dal little bit I am restricted not to eat more than that . I am 58kg now I want atleast gain 65kgs I am very lean .can I actually gain weight eating less . Is it possible

Instead of  same quantity can continue and inthat you can one portion of protein foods that's boiled egg daily you get some good result

As per your surgery, you need to take & follow the plan from your concerned doctors. Bcz if would suggest you the normal plan, they might clash with their treatment & diets. So please coorelate clinically. Thanks
