I started eating endruramass is there any harm If there is any harm so i sholud eat it or not Plzz answer

Unless you are on aggressive exercise you don't need supplements. If required consume more dry fruits instead of endureamass.

Long term use of enduramass could have side effects since it  has trace amounts of steroids  and could lead to hormonal imbalances, depression lethargy and also fatty liver.
