Provided you do not have any debilitating disease running inside, (which must be ruled out by proper examination vc and investigations) you can gradually gain weight by proper diet restructuring qualitatively and quantitatively. If your appetite is poor you should take some appetisers so that your desire for eating re established. Add Carbs and Fats to your diet in breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. You should eat preparations like Parathas, Halwaa, Fried items, Cheese, Butter etc. in moderation. Each month you can gain about a kg gradually till you reach 50 kg. Regular mild exercises should continue.
