I delivered my twin daughter at 36 weeks. Her birth weight was 2.2 kgs. She had feeding issues initially and her weight dropped to 2 kgs. Now she is 2 months 15 days and she is 3.52kgs.she is exclusively breastfeed as she was very fussy when given formula . Is this weight gain adequate

Good weight gain. Continue exclusive breast feeding till 6 months. No need of formula feeds. From 10th day to 3 months: 25-40g/day weight gain is normal from birth weight. By 5th month, weight should double the birth weight
