I delivered a baby 21 days back . it was a c section . when can I start working out .. Now I started with walking ,breathing exercises (kapalbhati) ,pelvic press ,pelvic bridging and calf streches ..when can I workout full on like jogging gym cross fit training ..
45 days is usually considered as window period. Although it differs from case to case.
