I am 27 years old female with height of 5ft 2inches and weight as 41kgs. I understand I am underweight and lack in muscle mass. Can someone provide me diet chart for a week which if regularly taken I will gain some weight. Also I am a non vegetarian. So please provide a chart which can suit my health.
