Hello, the has advised me to to ear chicken egg and also have prescribed one protein supplement. Additional one hour walking every day. I am confused walking helps loosing weight .

Yes definitely walking reduce the weight and definitely keep u healthy... Walking should be simple den in between brisk walk like that u should divide
