Weight gain and acne due to depression.

I've been taking antidepressants for over 2 years now, I've gradually gained weight and has a bad case of acne. As a teenager I never had acne or any sort of skin issue. I'm 21 year old Engineering student who had a severe case of depression. I have started to worry about my skin and weight due to fear of people judging me. I do exercise to keep healthy but now people have started laughing at me because of all the acne. I weigh around 54kg now. I'm worried. Please tell me what I should do.
