On the basis of your history - your contact with the dog come in category 1 as in this category - if any dog lick your normal skin or intact skin and don't mark any scratch on the skin then it's doesn't require to take ARV - anti rabies vaccine . You should only wash that skin of contact with soap in the running water . But if you have any suspicious in your mind then take rabies vaccine because there's no treatment of doubt. So in this condition if you have doubt in your mind then take consultation .

For dog bite and dog licking on abraded areas requires ARV. If your hand is abraded u have to take ARV. Otherwise u can take tetanus vaccine one dose is enough..
