Weakness with no fever

I have weakness throughout my body, nausea, chills, Light-headed, diarrhoea, just 6 hours after my previous post. I didn’t vomit yet and just ran. Pulse 119. I get occasional pain around my stomach. I cannot do anything much right now. Please I seek for your help, any Doctors, I am very worried, to the point I may breakdown. Thank you for help.
