A temperature of 99 is normal according to diurnal temperature variation..... Nausea , body pain and weakness can be from many reasons Could be flu or UTI or gastritis ( if outside food was taken) etc etc.... If it's flu, she wouldn't need antibiotics. But if it's UTI then considering her age, she would require antibiotics. As you have already started all the medication, please do continue medication as advised.

Continue these meds,  get cbc, tests for typhoid,  dengue, done and share results. Then I can help you further

Thanks for question At this  time of point no Antibiotics are needed.. However at this age  generalised weakness may be observed.. If fever more than 99 Tab Dolo 650 mg stat and then when needed Temperature monitoring is important ORS solution 100 to 200 ml 3 to 4 times a day Plenty of fluid, and juice.. Tab Emset 1 Tab if vomiting/ Nausea persist Adequate rest Keep her Hydrated Feel free to contact for any assistance
