Hello well the vitamin B12 levels are in the normal range but yes it is less so try to include more of green leafy vegetables in your diet... but then common causes of bone pains will be low vitamin D or calcium deficiency totoo... house registry to take calcium rich foods Milk and their products and also have good amount of Sunlight exposure during morning hours thank you..
Next Steps
consult an orthopaedician for specific reason

Get a serum vit d levels,  vit b12 levels are within normal limits,  low vit d levels can cause bone pains.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to take a lot of greens and fruits in your diet. Tab. Neurobion forte once a day after food for a month.  Tab.  D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks.  Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month.  Consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
