I've been having weakness for last 2 month some time i fell diziness and rapid loos in weight and when just walk for few meter also my heart beat gies very fast and i am unable to take breath

Hi R u getting evening rise of temperature?? Do you have any family history of cancer?? First ruleout that It might be tuberculosis or cancer or general weakness also Get an ECG done Get a hemoglobin done
