Weakness after viral

2022-08-19 05:31:43
Hi I recently suffered from viral fever. It came 3 days back and now it's around 99. Also I am having weakness as well. Specially when I reach to my room on first floor , I feel as of my ears are closed and also feel slight weak. How much time it will take to go ? How to re-energise myself? How to reinitiate my regular walk pattern ? I have to travel to Vaishnodevi temple after 12 days so I need to build my energy to previous levels within this time? Kindly suggest ?

Be normal. Have a normal diet. Go for your outdoor activities as usual. You may increase your intake of fruits, and also have one piece of sweet after each meal. No liquor and tobacco.
