My eye sight become weak specifically in evening and night I feel very much stress on eye while reading and getting very tired mentally.

at the age of 40 one  develops presbyopia. you are one of them .in the morning  till afternoon  you exhaust your  reserve  accommodation, hence you feel  tired.so please get your eyes testing done.
