I'm 23 years old ...I consume more water in night time only than day time...can over drinking water in night time can cause any damage for my kidneys?..is I want to change this habit

Depends on how many litres u generally drink in 24 hours. 3-4 litres / day irrespective of time (day or night) shud be normal.
