My baby is 3 month 8 days old , I feed breastmilk every 4 hours is it right, please give suggestions doctor...

Strictly by hrs feeding is not recommended. You have to feed 2 to 3 hrly or when ever baby demands. You must recognise hunger cues and start feeding and nighttime feeding is a must

Demand feeding is best usually 3 month old feed 6-8 times in 24 hrs including night time feeding , weight gain and urine output can help u about adequacy of feeding .

In a normal baby ,Feeding should be on demand.. Details insufficient  regarding weight and other issues.. If your baby has normal weight  ,feeding well gaining weight and passing urine 5-6times a day.. continue feeding on demand.  If not need to give feed more often
