Hi, My height is 5ft and weight is 60kg. Wanted to reduce some weight. As I am service holder. Unable to do any kind of exercises. What to do.

Hi there! Good to see this decision. You have to losing 10 kgs should be right. Also definitely you can lose weight without any physical activity in this sedentary lifestyle naturally. Giving random suggestions doesnt work.. Everybody needs customized diet plan as per body type..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises Drink water 16glasses daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's Early dinner before 6pm Eat less and exercise more
