It is definitely had to leave smoking and body reacts to it adversely. You only when you try to create initial stage is craving followed by pain, muscle cramps, nausea and vometing. All this happens over a course of 3 days. This is the most difficult part and once you are able to face this and get over with the three days abstinence from smoking it will be easier to quit. You will be surprised to see that you have almost quit. Nicotex chewing gums to help along with that moral support of the family is also important. My advice would be during those 3 days you can take medications for all the side affects your body experiences for not smoking.
