Hello,
I can understand your angst and frustration at losing a person that you loved. The condition that you have described here can be a part of normative grieving process. Please give yourself some time and space to get back to usual life. In the meantime please talk to your family or friends whom you trust, engage in some pursuit of your choice, keep up with regular exercise, diet, and sleep, do not engage in self pity or reproach, catch up with your friends, do not use smoking or alcohol as a quick remedy, and seek enjoyment and fulfillment in everyday life around you.
However a consultation with a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist may be necessary if your condition has persisted despite passage of a fair amount of time, you are unable to function in daily tasks and roles, or any ideas of self harm..
Please take it easy on you and relax...
Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future..
