Start exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Stay hydrated . Add more calories with nutrition only . No junk n high sugar food . No need for any medicine. Consult personally for proper guidance and results.

Don't use any supplements for increasing appetite do exercise early morning and evening. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. keep 2hrs gap in between of meals. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite.

Do exercise daily,increase ur water intk .Take small frequent meals.Avoid junk nd outside food.Take soaked raisins in in d mng u wl feel better.
