Walking with Sciatica

Iam having sciatica, is it preferable to walk, as walking is my favourite activity I heard somewhere that walking should be avoided if you hav sciatica ...is it true?

Walking for some distance is tolerable but some activities you need to avoid to exacerbate sciatica pain Consult for proper exercises and treatment so that you will be pain free Thank you

Walk only 'with in the limits of tolerance of pain' This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. Absolutely no.. u shouldn't stop walking.. u should avoid bending forward, lifting weights. If ur walking distance is reducing I would suggest u to get a consultation

No you’re not supposed to stop walking It would be better if you could post your X-ray and mri if you have
