Regarding walking after dinner, it's best to exercise early morning, rather than after dinner. The reason is usually when food enters the digestive system, blood circulation gets focused towards the GI system so as to start digesting the food that has entered the system. When we do some exercise immediately, we would interfere with the blood flow focussing on the GI. This can affect digestion process. So it's best to exercise in morning.
