Was she walking for 10-12 km everyday before she became pregnant ? I hope you know how much is 10-12 km , and I hope that you have walked 10-12 km at least once in the hills. Please appreciate that success of the operation is determined by the fact that the patient can do the same physical activity that she was doing before operation (or before she became sick). It doesn't mean that she will learn new skills during the operation.

Its 2.5 months since c section..if she is comfortable then she may go..but according to my experience, she may feel comfortable walking half or 1 km but 10 to 12 km is a long distance..even normal persons feel uncomfortable.. So if avoidable ,plz avoid this journey. https://gynaetalks.com/new-parents-how-to-take-care-of-new-born-baby/
