Hello doc, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and I once mistakenly twisted my waist. Will that affect the fetus?? I'm worried.

Nothing will happen. You may be from the elite Socio-economic group but just think of the constitution site workers who work for 8-9 hours non stop during their pregnancy and still have healthy babies.

No ,twisting of waist will not cause any fetal damage Direct trauma to the uterus does cause damage if it’s of high impact
