Hi, if vomiting continues after first trimester then cause could be twin pregnancy, for that get an ultrasound done at 20wks, look for liver function tests, diabetes, thyroid or GI upset. And renal function tests.

Dear practo user,
Usually vomiting, which we call as morning sickness, stops by end of14 weeks. However in some patients, it may continue even till term.
You need to get your liver function test, thyroid profile, serum electrolytes and urinary ketones to rule out any abnormalities.
Also get your ultrasound abdomen along with gestational.
Regarding further management, it's better to consullt Obstetrician either directly or online. Hope it helps
