She is suffering from vomitting since last night. No medicines are affecting her health. She is unable to eat and drink anything. Even a sip of water is coming out while vomiting. Could anyone help why is it so?

Mostly gastritis She needs injections to control her vomitings Becoz before the oral medicine can help it is vomited out by Also check her sugar level Tk her to hospital immidiately She must be very much dehydrated n need intravenous fluids n other medicines
