Feeling very dizzy since morning and had vomitings around 5-6 times since morning. Is anything serious? Do you suggest going to a hospital or wait for 24 hrs

Tab.Vertion 25 mg twice daily for 5 days .Tab.Pan 40 one tablet in the morning for 5 days. Take your meals and snacks on time. Don't fast. Drink large quantity of water. If no relief refer to ENT.
