Hello dear patient you can take emeset ODT tablet. Just put it on tounge it will dissolve. No need to swallow with water. It will stop vomiting.

Kindly take her to the nearest ER as she's vomiting, taking a tablet won't be effective and she will need the medication intravenously, she will get immediate relief by doing so. Kindly drink a minimum of 3 liters of water and also have ORS so as to avoid being dehydrated.
