Vomiting and pain in stomach

From yesterday night, my brother is feeling pain the stomach and today also he is feeling pain in stomach. Also today he didn't eat much and also vomiting 4-5 times. He has done the blood report as well and report is attached here. We have consulted local doctor and he has given one injection and some medicines to reduce the pain. But he is still feeling some pain in stomach.

Kindly consult a general surgeon. Kindly do an USG abdomen urgently, it can be appendicitis. USG abdomen is must to rule out appendicitis.

USG abdomen and review with general surgeon.
