Vomiting and nausea

I am 2 month pregnant. Having nausea and vomiting. I am taking vomiting control tablets also. But I am not able to eat any food Even though If i eat my favorite food, My body is not accepting, Nausea is coming. How to overcome this. Please suggest any tips to eat some food.
