It's been 20 hours now last vomiting and diarrhoea I was travelling last night in an AC bus but I still have slight fever and headache

Tab metronidazole.  Tab oflox oz. Tab loperamide.  Tab sporolac.  Cap panto dsr.  Tab ondensetron.  Will help

Cap.vibact 3 times in a day Tab O2 2 times Pan 40 mg 1 time before meal Ors water only Tab.ondem if vomiting sos Keep hydration well Add fruits in diet like banana etc if non diabetic
