Hello. There can be multiple reasons of headache with vomiting, for that detailed history and asking few questions with you is necessary. For now being you can take tab emset odt and pantocid DSR. Then you can take tablet brufen 400mg for the headache. It will get you relief temporarily with vomiting and headache, but the real disease may get masked.
