I am not able to talk properly now a days. I cant produce high pitch voice and can't sing properly. I had more mucus generation problem earlier but now its no more and I have just a dry throat. I lost my smelling sense and cant smell anything. I am not able to pronounce some words now a days. Some time pressure builds up in my ear. Please help me. Nothing improved even after consulting two doctors.

Are you taking any medication for the mucus production? The voice issues can be solved by speech training after examination of the throat and vocal cords by a ENT specialist. It is possible that some issue in the nose is causing all these issues. A CT scan would be helpful to know the status of the nose. Please share the images if your doctor advises to get it done after examination
