My son's voice has changed from over 1 month and he has continuous throat pain and occasional stomach pain . He has been on 2 course of antibiotics and no fever currently. Constant throat pain and weight loss what could be the reason

Hi Greetings Voice change should be evaluated with Laryngoscopy or throat endoscopy.
Next Steps
Needs detailed clinical evaluation for throat pain and weight loss Give adequate voice rest. will need PPI's for 2-3 weeks. to consult for further opinion
