My voice has changed since 3 months, i consulted a local clinic and doc said it was because of weather will be fine eventually. I had ignored as it was not serious. But, from 4 days i feel difficult to breathe through nose, while sleeping nose is completely blocked.

Hi I think we need to either an endoscopy of ur nose or ct scan.it will give us the info abt what exactly is the pathology. So I would suggest you to visit an ENT SPECIALIST and get yourself evaluated completely evaluated and then start proper treatment accordingly. Regards
