Vivid dream while trying to conceive

I am trying to conceive. Today is day 19. This is the second cycle of ovulation induction. I got a dream like 'I am saying to my husband that period has come'. After that dream I am bit stress. What is the reason for this dream? Does this type of dream comes true? Please share some information on this.
