Vitanin d and b12 defeciency

I have taken tests for vitamin b12 serum and 25 hydroxy (OH) vitamin d. The results are 196 pg/ml and 6.95 ng/ml respectively. Please suggest tablets to overcome the defeciency. Thanks.
