Should I daily take multivitamins or discontinue its usage after two months?? And suggest some good vitamins capsule I can take??

HELLO, A CAPSULE "DAILY" BY AMWAY HAVING 21 ORGANIC VITAMINS N 9 MINRALS JUST FOR ONE MONTH. RESULTS ARE AWSOME. BUT COSTLY. NO ANY SIDE EFFECTS. OR CAPSULE ATOZONE AT NIGHT FOR LONG-TERM. O.K BYE.
