Take plenty of leaffy vegetables and fresh fruits daily. Get exposed to early morning Sun for atleast 30 minutes daily. This takes care of your normal daily requirements. If you still want to take supplements Take tablet Zincovit daily once and 6000 strength vitamin D softules once in a week.
