Hello, I recently got my vitamin profile tested since I am usually low on vit d (reports attached) from the time I had cervical spondylosis. Please advice what should be my course of action basis the reports. Kindly note I also take Amlong 5mg (prescribed) due to high blood pressure.

Your Vit D is too low .U will need treatment atleast for 3 months laong with calcium supplements. TSH is marginally high.Need to correlate with your symptoms. Take online consultation for further advise and the prescription.
