Is Ultra d3 drops safe for long term usage, doctor suggested 1ml(800ui) for an year,please guide on this.

as per recommendation(IAP) 600 IU per day is k for 1 to 18 yr child.
if you are giving only vit D3 drops and diet that is fine, but if you are giving with calcium syrup which also contains vitD- so give 0.5 ml only. treatment dose is 2000-3000 units per day in vit D deficiency states. take daily no problem
