Vitamin D3 supplement

I am having type 2 diabetes. I am taking methylcobalamin 1500mcg at morning. B12 750mcg at night. My blood B12 range is 1103pg/ml. My blood D level is 17.8 ng/ml Iron level is 85.9 mg/dl Calcium level is 9.5 mg/dl HBA1c is 5.6%. Vitamin supplement how much to be taken to improve? What brand is best.

You are on very high dose of vitamin B12... Not required Vitamin D is low.. Nothing you are taking for it

Hi... noted you are diabetic and vit b12 supplement your HbA1c is 5.6%  : If you are diabetic, we prefer to keep around 7%, if you are not anemic Vitamin D is low... you require vitamin d supplement, and sun exposure for 10 min in afternoon note : you are on 2250 mcg of vitamin D, which is not needed.. any how it doesnt cause toxic... but its simply waste to take that much
