Hi, I recently tested for Vitamin D3 and it results in Insufficiency of D3. Please advise to fulfill D3 sufficiency in blood or body. Thanks

Fish fish oil are the sources for the vit d3 . For vegetarians consume milk milk products as ghee  upto 30 ml / day .in food . Have to directly expose to sun in the early mornings for activation 6-8 am.

Healthy evening sir, You may be able to get more vitamin D by increasing your time in sunlight, taking a supplement and eating certain foods like mushrooms. 1. Spend time in sunlight 2. Consume fatty fish and seafood 3.eat more mushrooms 4.includes egg yolks in diet 5.eat fortified foods 6.take supplements 7. Try UV lamps 8.
