My sister has a vitamin d3 deficiency,doctor suggested to take once in a week,tablet name uprise d3 but unknowingly she took daily one for nearly 20days So please advice any serious issue my happen or any steps to be taken now

Dear one, Vit D3 is a fat soulble vitamin is not excreated by urine, body builds stores of it. There does occur of toxicity of Vit D3, so note for any symptoms.she has, Stop drug now, and if she does not have any problem just relax.
