Due ti deficiency of D3 n B12 in my reports.. i have bought calciquick D3 shot (oral solution) and MECOFOL PLUS (METHYLCOBALAMIN, ALPHA LIPOIC ACID, FOLIC ACID & PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE CAPSULES) wanted to expert advice if these medicine are good and what should be time gap for usage
