Plz see attached medical report,what supplement or tablet should i use?? Plz help as have to decide which medicine & food is best for reducing the deficiency

In my opinion ur d3 level is very low it should be around 75 to achieve a sufficient level.. u can start with uprise d3 1k tablet once a day and calciferol sachet once a week in milk... Repeat the test after 45 days...take care get well soon... Regards
