Which vitamin D tablet or syrup is safe to have during breastfeeding?? I am a mother of 3 months old baby girl.

Both can take vit D  Archithol 60k for mother Archithol nano .5 ml OD  for child

All vitamin D tablets are safe during breastfeeding.  You can take Shelcal. Please discuss with your gynecologist also.

Yes you can take . And child to be also given Vit D3 drops(400IU/1ml) 1ml-0-0*till 6months of age
